Odyssey Investment Partners is seeking candidates for a Summer Analyst position to be based in the firm’s New York office starting summer 2027 (7 week program). The program is for current sophomores who will be rising juniors during the summer. Odyssey will host an in-person information session on October 28, 2026. Please register via Handshake. Please note that while the internship is designed for current sophomores, the information session is open to all students who want to learn about private equity and Odyssey Investment Partners. Firm Overview:Odyssey Investment Partners is a middle market private equity firm founded in 1997 investing out of its sixth and seventh funds. Odyssey takes a growth-focused, active ownership approach to investing that seeks to create equity value through close operational partnership with management and a buy and build approach to drive EBITDA growth. Odyssey targets middle-market companies with annual EBITDA of between $20 million and $100 million with a focus on the industrials and business services sectors of the economy. Odyssey has a history of achieving top quartile returns. A key success factor for Odyssey’s consistent performance is the culture that the Managing Principals have developed over the last 25+ years.
