If you suggest an organization or ask us to remove one, we receive the organization name, your email address, and the details you include. We use this information to review the request and, when needed, follow up with you. Requests are reviewed by the site administrator and are not displayed publicly.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a request. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.

We use general visit information, such as pages viewed and broad browser or device details, to understand how the site is used and keep it working. Analytics do not include search terms or private administrative pages. We also use basic request information to help prevent repeated form submissions. Browsing the public site does not require an account.

Grounds Now may link to Instagram, Hoos Involved, and other websites. Those services are operated by others and have their own privacy practices. This policy applies to Grounds Now, not to sites you visit through a link.

To ask us to correct or delete information you sent in a request, email groundsnow@gmail.com. To request a change to an organization listing, use the About page request form. We review each request before making a change.

We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us. Email and online forms are not the right place for passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The latest version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
