Terms of Service

Grounds Now is an independent student project. It is not owned, operated, or endorsed by the University of Virginia. University names, organization names, and marks belong to their respective owners.

Listings are gathered from public organization posts and campus sources. Information may be incomplete or change after it is posted. Check the original announcement or contact the organizer before making plans.

Links to Instagram, Hoos Involved, and other services take you to sites Grounds Now does not operate. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Calendar files are downloads you choose to add to your calendar app. Changes to an organizer’s post may not update a calendar file you have already saved, so confirm details with the organizer.

Organization suggestions and removal requests are reviewed before a listing is changed. Use the forms on the About page and send only information you are allowed to share.

Do not interfere with the site, try to access private administrative tools, send false requests, or use automated activity that disrupts the service. Do not use Grounds Now to violate another person’s rights or the rules of a linked service.

Grounds Now may update listings, features, or these terms. The latest version of the terms will appear on this page.
